New Tenants on the Golden Mile

It sure didn’t take long! We no sooner said goodbye to the longtime Kmart on the Golden Mile and new tenants are getting ready to open.  So far, three of the four spaces have been leased – to Lidl, Ollies Bargain Outlet, and Harbor Freight!

Lidl

Lidl, a grocery chain that began in Germany, is expected to open on the Golden Mile in 2021, and is moving into a space with nearly 28,000 square feet.  The chain has more than 11,000 stores worldwide in 32 countries and more than 287,000 employees.

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet

Ollie’s will be moving from it’s current location behind the old Frederick Towne Mall to this new location in the near future.
